Maison Jacoulot Creme de Cassis de Dijon
Our blackcurrants are all from the black Bourgogne variety. We call our first Cassis cream “The Pure” because it contains only the juice from maceration without pressing. It feels like biting into the fresh fruit. To the 18% cassis we added the pressing juice. And our 15% cassis is mainly for low alcohol sauces and toppings.
