A Belgian Abbey Dubbel infused with cold drip coffee from local roasters, Ritual Coffee. The cold drip avoids the charred bitterness normally associated with coffee additions in beers, resulting in a beautifully sweet and rich hazelnut coffee aroma, along with Belgian chocolate and bready malt character. These blend seamlessly into a complex palate, expectant of the Dubbel style, filled with raisins, spices, dark fruit and creamy malt sweetness.
