Malts: Pale, Munich, Cara Crystal, Brown, Flaked Oats, Chocolate (dehusked)
Hops: Hallertauer, Amarillo
Translated loosely as ‘Chocolate Thunder‘, ChokoDrøn is a 6.5% brown ale fermented with Belgian Trappist Yeast with added cocoa nibs to produce a Brown Ale where the body is carried by the esters from the yeast but left dry to get the chocolate and acidity from the malt and nibs.
