Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is medium bodied with a fine elegant feel the palate is supplemented with ripe red currant and mulberry fruits which are interwoven with cedary tobacco characters, black olive and subtle infusions of bay leaf. Finely integrated tannins with a long refined aftertaste.
First released in 1988, Parker Coonawarra Estate is located at the Southern end of the Terra Rossa strip and typically produces elegant, long lived wines in a classic Coonawarra style. Fruit for the 2018 Terra Rossa was sourced from seven individual blocks, five of them from Parker’s Estate Abbey vineyard with the balance coming from the Williams Shed Block and the Kidman Block 3. Maturation took place in French oak, 20% of which was new, for a period of 15 months
