Located between Auxerre and Chablis, Chitry is a charming village nestled between vineyards and cherry trees.
Created after the Second World War by our grandfather Marcel, the estate now covers 17 hectares, divided between Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Chitry, Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru.
Patrick has managed the family business since 1977 with Christine, his wife, and Élodie their daughter who arrived in 2005 on the estate.
Concerned about the quality of our wine, the vinification is traditional with modern equipment. The work of the vine is controlled and the treatments reasoned.
We will be happy to receive you in our vaulted cellar created in 2002 now according to the methods of yesteryear with Burgundy stones.
