Castle Rock Riesling 2019  has a delicate floral nose showing a blend of tropical passion fruit and grapefruit, citrus notes.The front palate is dominated by passionfruit characters, backed by some floral and citrus notes. The sugar gives a lovely richness to the mid palate. The Riesling acid structure is in excellent balance with the sugar and provides a clean and refreshing finish.
