Casa Freschi Nebbiolo 2012 South Australia Langhorne CreekCasa Freschi Nebbiolo 2012 – The extraordinary quality of fruit produced in 2012 enabled us to bottle, for the first time, an ultra-premium nebbiolo.
This wine represents the best 15% of nebbiolo parcels grown in 2012, chosen for their beautiful aromatic complexity
of cherry, raspberry, anise, rose, earth & chestnut, and their full, fine savoury tannins providing a wonderful backbone
to the delicate flavours. This wine will benefit from long term cellaring to 2030.

Casa Freschi Ragazzi Nebbiolo 2016 South Australia Langhorne CreekCasa Freschi Ragazzi Nebbiolo 2016 – Well hello Langhorne Creek, despite being the bambino Nebbiolo this has plenty to enjoy. The nose offers bold
ripe blackberries, red earth spice, a hint of pepper and bright red cherry. Mouthfeel is rather succulent,
combining cooked strawberry with warm dates and soft velvety tannins. It has varietal character, balanced acidity
and generosity of flavour – a real crowd pleaser

Wild & Wilder Pugilist Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 South Australia Langhorne CreekWild & Wilder Pugilist Cabernet Sauvignon 2018. This is a medium-weight Cab from the warm climes of Langhorne Creek, a region southeast of Barossa. It offers a noseful of plummy fruit, baking and green herb spices, tobacco leaf and toasted oak notes that feel just a tad soapy. The palate is silky and soft yet more restrained than some of its jammier compatriots, but the fruit does feel a little sour at times and the tannins a touch bitter at the finish.
