Thanks to the dedication of Doña Cristina Martínez García and children, Cirilo, Pedro, and Daniel Hernández, great master distillers of this Artisan Mezcal and the great cultural and biological diversity of the agave that exists in the Oaxaca valley. We can find Handcrafted Mezcales made with different agaves such as the famous Tobalá, Mexicano, Maguey de Lumbre, Cirial, Tobasiche, Coyote and the most popular Mezcal agave in Oaxaca such as Espadín.
Mezcal “Koch, the one from Oaxaca” is a Mezcal produced in the town of San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca. Mezcal backed by more than three generations of Maestros Mezcaleros and a trademark that belongs to its producers. It watches over the generation of employment and the development of the community. An organic Mezcal, since its traditional manufacturing process does not contain additives or industrial processes. Obtaining in this way a Handmade Mezcal of the highest quality with an infinite range of flavors and with various organoleptic characteristics full of tradition.
