Charles Oates Pommeau. Our uniquely crafted Pommeau is produced with apples, that are pressed, fermented and distilled on the farm.
Aged in small apple brandy casks for over 12 months, this rich and generous liqueur is a result of blending pressed French and British heirloom apple varieties with our apple spirit.
Complex and well-structure with baked apple and spice, balanced with firm tannins and cask influence.
Our take on the traditional aperitif from North-West France – enjoy as such or serve with blue cheese or dessert.

Elephant Sloe Gin.
Elephant Sloe Gin combines the premium London Dry Gin with the classic flavour of wild fresh sloe berries. The fruit is harvested by hand and carefully selected; keeping only the best berries for the sloe gin production. Elephant Sloe Gin is strictly limited to one vintage a year.
Macerated in the gin for several months, these wild berries provide their typical flavour and warm red colour to the spirit.
Compared to other sloe gins, it has a relatively low sugar content paired with a higher alcohol volume of 35% ABV. This makes it ideally suited to mixing in cocktails as well as enjoying it neat.
Taste and Aromas
Elephant Sloe Gin has a richly rounded, lightly sweet and exquisitely fruity bouquet as well as a typical warm red colour to the spirit. The deliberately discreet addition of sugar triggers a perfect balance between tart and sweet notes; without the need for additional artificial flavours.
Every Elephant Sloe Gin bottle comes with a set of colourful glass beads tied around the neck of the bottles.They are handcrafted especially for Elephant Gin by the Maasai in Kenya. Use them as a bracelet or necklace – whatever your preference!
The Elephant Sloe Gin is only produced once a year and the labels feature the vintage year – handwritten by our calligrapher, of course.

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 2019. 2019 was a terrific season for Victorian cool climate Shiraz. And that has given us another belter of a Bloody Shiraz Gin vintage. After a good spring rain, summer brought serious heat resulting in more dominant dark fruit notes than 2018 – tons of delicious plum and blackberry.
Straight up you’ve got those pine forest notes, white pepper and spices, and the gin is beautifully balanced with a delicious sweetness and nice tannins to finish.
The ABV of this totally unique gin is 37.8%, unlike Sloe Gin where the alcohol less than 30%. So it packs a punch and is ideal in a range of cocktails. The gin is unfiltered, so it will develop secondary fruit characters beyond two years, and is best consumed within two years of vintage.
Drink it young and fresh with red berry and spice characters, or enjoy it as it develops.
