Antipodes Vodka
Antipodes VodkaAntipodes Vodka
Australia’s certified organic spirit in it’s most pure form. Triple distilled and charcoal filtered. Refined with pure Australian rainwater.
Neat, sophisticated, happy to mix. Made responsibly in Australia.
Antipodes Gin Co decided to create a gin unlike any other. Australia’s first certified organic and carbon neutral gin.
Inspired by the Sunraysia region and its sun-drenched citrus orchards, simple pleasures and the coming together of friends and shared moments.
Antipodes embodies us and our land we all belong to and it’s search for exciting combinations of flavours from our wild and amazing botanicals that are unique to our island and are free from chemicals and pesticides.
Distilled with 100% renewable electricity in our Canberra distillery, Antipodes Gin is infused with native Australian botanicals including Kakadu Plum, lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, aniseed myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry.
“Getting organic certification and being carbon neutral was a mindful decision for us. We wanted our business to have less impact on the environment, to promote sustainability, to not use any GMOs or ingredients that are sprayed with pesticides and we also wanted to work alongside like-minded, ethically motivated suppliers.”
“Being Australian Certified Organic means that as a business, we are continually working smarter. Certification and supporting carbon neutral has challenged us to think carefully about every practice and process in our business, and to make sure that everything we do is beneficial on a number of levels,”
It paved the way for some like minded friends too – a super smooth vodka, Espresso Liqueur like no other and a delicate Pink Gin.
Let’s make the Antipodes journey together.

STOCKHOLMS BRÄNNERI DRY GIN
All our gins have been handcrafted on Södermalm in Stockholm. Our Dry gin is a Nordic take on a traditional dry gin that has got its characteristics from 7 organic botanicals – juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, heather, elderflower and rosemary. Our blend gives the gin a delicate flowery taste parallel to the classic juniper and citrus notes. This makes it perfect for the classic gin cocktails, but also ideal to purely enjoy neat or in a Dry Martini.
Our Dry Gin is available to order to all Systembolaget stores in Sweden and to be found on shelves in about 80 Systembolaget stores.

ABOUT 1919 DISTILLING
WE’RE A HANDCRAFTED GIN & WHISKY DISTILLERY BASED IN AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND.
We incorporate New Zealand’s finest ingredients with kiwi ingenuity to produce innovative, first-rate spirits that people can get excited about.
We’re driven by a mission to bring more transparency and integrity to the spirits industry. We choose not to compromise on the quality of ingredients and connection to the distilling craft for the sake of scalability.
INGREDIENTS
We choose to use the best ingredients available, rather than cut corners; lemons and oranges grown in New Zealand, hand picked cherries from Otago and sustainably sourced honey. Our goal is to not only use the best ingredients, but to help grow New Zealand business along the way.
DISTILLING PROCESS
Our ethanol is made from sugar cane the same way they did it in the 1900’s. This is unique in New Zealand. It’s cheeper and easier to use the alternative, whey ethanol, (made from milk), which is used by most brands. We believe in using the best to make the best, rather than taking short cuts that compromise the quality of our product.
Our still is New Zealand made and custom built for our Distillery. By choosing to get our still made locally we where able to insure the absolute best quality and craftsmanship, while supporting the grass roots distilling industry in New Zealand.
PROUDLY NZ MADE
We are proud to be New Zealand made and walk the walk, not just talk the talk. Next time you are in your local liquor store look for the words “New Zealand made” on the bottle and not just “New Zealand”. You will likely be surprised by the amount of gins that claim to be New Zealand gins, but are not made here and do not have a physical distillery to call home.
We are proud to have built our very own distillery, here in New Zealand, from the ground up in. We have kept the craft at the heart of what we do, which allows us to push the boundaries and create award-winning, innovative spirits.

Product of Hobart, Australia
The fresh spirit of Tasmania’s ancient Huon Pine, iridescent abalone shell and pristine water. A nod to a London Dry, our Dry Gin features the four key botanicals of sage, abalone shell, Huon Pine needles and red grapefruit. Fresh sage is grown in our distillery garden and we source the shell whilst on family abalone dives. Once cleaned, the shell is dried and broken into tiny pieces to infuse in the gin. Abalone shell, used in Chinese medicine, is a calcium carbonate to neutralise the acids and adds a slight salinity. Huon Pine (Lagarostrobos franklinii) is a species of conifer native to Tasmania. It is found by the edge of rivers and is an incredibly slow growing, revered local timber. The needles provide pine notes that differ to juniper and add to the complexity of the dryness.
Taylor & Smith is an independent artisan distillery in Hobart owned and run by Natalie and Ben. We experiment with Tasmanian botanicals and carefully craft our base spirits to synthesise the Tasmanian landscape and write out the stories of place.
The scale of the season is compressed in Tasmania so you get an intensity of flavour in our botanicals. The air is phenomenal and the water that feeds directly to the distillery comes from a lake of snow melt at Mount Field National Park.
When we first started making spirits we’d take around little jam jars of gin and leave them on our neighbours doorstep. People would turn up on a Friday night home from work and find a jar of gin. In reciprocation they would turn up at our place with lemons, quinces, cumquats or other botanicals they were hoping would feed back into the gin. Along with experimentation, another defining characteristic of our process is our focus on the handmade. We don’t have any automated systems. It’s come from the heart. We love to bring people together through our spirits, and small things that are beautiful in the right place can enhance a moment.

REPOSADO
An homage to the popular history of Oaxacan clay-pot mezcal aged in brandy barrels, Don Amado Reposado uses exhausted brandy barrels from Pedro Domecq to create a nostalgic flavor of earthen-smoked maguey with the soft caramel and butterscotch notes of American white oak.
Familiar Mexican flavors of roasted corn slathered in butter, hints of vanilla and cinnamon, tropical fruit and dried chilies are balanced with a moderate amount of smoke leading into barrel notes of a satisfying, slightly spicy vanilla-driven extended finish.
Master Distiller: Germán Bonifacio Arellanes
Approx. 26 Bx Sugars from Angustofolia Haw Espadín maguey grown at 4,800′ in municipio of Sta. Catarina Minas, Oaxaca
Halved & quartered (cogollo removed) maguey earthen roasted for four days using mix of guamúchil and mesquite wood
Cooked maguey macerated with proprietary blade spindle destrozadora shredder
Fermented together with bagaso in 1,400L pine wood vats using airborne yeast strains
Double distilled in burner heated ceramic pot stills to approx. 53% ABV and reduced with triple distilled demineralized water
Six months aging in American White Oak formerly used for Pedro Domecq Mexican Brandy, bottled at 45% ABV
DON AMADO MEZCAL
In the highlands of southern Mexico, the renowned Arellanes family has been crafting one of the region’s most celebrated mezcals since the late 1700s.
Eleven generations of continual mezcal distillation with a legendary commitment to craftsmanship and experimentation have culminated in a spirit that is simultaneously complex and approachable. Don Amado is made from earthen roasted maguey hearts which are, after crushing, fermented together with their piña fibers for a rich maguey character. The mash is then double distilled in small traditional ceramic clay pots. Aged varieties are matured in American oak casks previously used for barreling Pedro Domecq brandy.
